Representatives Fate and Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Representative Guttenberg placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative Croft placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSB 117(FIN) pass the House?"
